Additional Fork from Ulaman - Undying Hate jewels does not work as expected.

The keystone "Sacrifice of Sight" from Undying Hate jewels in tribute to Ulaman says that projectiles can "Fork an additional time" randomly, along with 3 other options. However, projectiles seem to only able to fork once. In PoE1, having a fork plus an additional fork, for example from Awakened Fork support, causes projectiles to fork, then fork again. This behavior is not observed from this keystone despite the wording specifying "additional" unlike something like Gambleshot support.

Expected behavior:
-With Sacrifice of Sight and Fork support, projectiles always fork once and sometimes fork twice.
-With Sacrifice of Sight and no other source of fork, projectiles sometimes fork once.

Observed behavior:
-With Sacrifice of Sight and Fork support, projectiles always fork once and never fork twice.
-With Sacrifice of Sight and no other source of fork, projectiles sometimes fork once.
