Reforging Fairgraves' Curse will generate a weapon with a lower level.

When you reforge three Fairgraves' Curse items (item level 82) at Phantasmal Arrow level 19 and equipable level 84, it generates items at Phantasmal Arrow level 17-18 and equipable level 72-78 (item level remains 82).

I'm not sure if the probability is 100%, but after trying about 30 times, all results generated items with lower equipable levels.

I understand that reforging can sometimes produce items with lower skill levels, but this feels like an unusually high probability.

I couldn't even create a single item with the same skill level as before reforging.
