the one change that will break all snakes and solve all problems to bring equal parity for all

The number of rooms (paths are not counted) in the temple will cause medallion lock to have corresponding equal % chance of failure to lock the room.

For example, if there are 21 rooms in the temple, the medallion has 21% chance of failure to lock the room.

If there are 58 rooms in the temple, the medallion has 58% chance of failure.

GGG needs to start balancing the temple now. The longer the delay, the worse the situation will become.

No, because then what's the point of having medallions at all?

I'd rather GGG fix the destabilization mechanic people are exploiting that allow snakes to exist in the first place. To achieve this, all rooms have an equal chance of destabilizing and not just ones at the end of a snake. This will cause significant breakups in the chain, rendering significant portions of it unreachable until they can put rooms back in to reconnect them. This will encourage players to build their temples more organically.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley
and for god sake give a reset option to rebuild the temple again if messed up... its kinda suks to build temple after bricked

I like this. So many people are going crazy because they can't build the perfect temple. If there is no perfect temple, less stress to make one.

I mean if you do that then there is an equal not need for locks; like anything can just poof without a lock sounds miserable.

And it would be horrible to just rng like barely 10 tiles deep, and then all of the sudden you have 4 gaps in between and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

I dont even think you could make something longer than a few tiles without it just disappearing. Tiles showing up even 60/60 so you can progress your chain, sometimes you only get a single room.

Thats 11 temple runs and you got a single room extension on a chain lol. Thats horrific. It happens all the time.

Honestly Id stop worrying about its balance right now. Next league will be a new mechanic, youll have to bring a tablet to even get the temple. And we will have to see what else is in store.
