POE1 skin not working in POE2.

I have a question as ive bought a POE1 skin over a year ago, and it still isnt usable. Stygian Necrolord Armour Pack - is there any info on when that skin will be available to use in POE2 as i bought it at the beginning thinking its usable in POE2 to then discover it was a POE1 skin only.
