BUG: Action/attack speed is slow for no reason. Present since 0.2

I enter the instance with reduced speed. Animations are much slower than normal, and I have no debuffs or status effects. Teleporting out and re-entering the instance fixes the issue. This also happened in werewolf form, but it occurs mostly when using a quarterstaff.

That did happen with me several times, I thought it was just my eyes trolling me, omg...

This happened to me a few days ago for the first time. Felt like I was cursed by Temp Chains, but I wasn't. I was just perma-stuck with slow action speed. No idea what caused it. I had teleport to the hideout for it to go away.
