Rare monster visibility

I still cannot tell the difference between a rare monster and a normal/magic monster in packs other than rares sometimes they dont get 1 shot when I blow the pack up.
I recall that this brought up like in 0.1 but even with all the improvements to visual clarity from monster abilities and our abilities I still cant tell. I know they said they hate the poe1 glow that shows rares from normal monsters but please, its actually so terrible. Its genuinely impossible to tell other than the mob doesnt get 1 shot in endgame because proxi tangi or temp bubble and your like ohhh that one is a rare. PoE1 had the right idea giving them a golden outline, same with magic packs having blue outlines. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

I like how in Grim Dawn/Titan Quest they can get noticeably different colors are are bigger.
