Immured Fury still bugged

I had a Immured Fury on a felled hideout map, did the entire map, 0 monsters remaining, still no Immured Fury, this is after the patch that is supposed to fix it

I did like 3 corrupted nexus cleanse and checked every cleanse map not a single immured fury map, supposed to be 1 per every zone.

I just did an old Immured Fury on a Floatsam map, no spawn and full clear. Not sure if it's just old maps with Immured Fury that don't spawn it but its still something to be wary of for sure.
