Spellslinger (Dueling Wand) does not automatically weapon-swap.

Using skills that come from weapons generally automatically weapon swap.
However, this doesn't happen for Spellslinger. When you are currently holding the other weapon set, using Spellslinger does not automatically weapon swap and blocks you from using the skill.

Eg, Sigil of Power on a second weapon set automatically swaps to it when attempting to cast. If you have a dueling wand in the main hand and try to use Spellslinger after Sigil of power, this doesn't automatically swap back, blocking the direct use of Spellslinger.

It does not seem like intended behavior to me.
