Ascendancy points

​I am contacting you because I successfully completed the final Trial (Level 80) in Path of Exile 2, but I did not receive the corresponding Ascendancy points.

​I have checked my character sheet, but the points are still missing. Could you please look into this and help me resolve the issue?

I completed the Trial of Chaos at level 80, and it showed that the trial was completed.

However, I didn't receive any Ascendancy points.

Did you use the 3 fragments and kill the Trial Master?

No, I haven't. Do I have to defeat the Trailmaster to get more points? That's news to me.
