Cast on crit does not work in weapon set 2, AT ALL

it says i dont have a skill socketed, i pumped it up with 5 comets, still nothing. works perfectly fine in set 1....
yes i have 200 extra spirit and i have almost 400 int, so i dont believe the issue is on my end Last bumped on Jan 15, 2026, 5:20:02 AM
