Rampage doesn't leech

In the character panel, it never shows recovery from leech while I'm using rampage.
My rampage deals physical damage, I have leech as life on my ring, I have life leech support on the rampage, nothing ever worked. Last bumped on Jan 15, 2026, 8:36:47 AM

Leech 100% works on rampage, only for physical damage, try to get some instant leech, its easier to feel the effects of leech that way. - lvl 99 bear that mains rampage in temples with 1.5k effectiveness. Leech is my only lifeline so im sure it works.

It definitely does work and the perecentage is under "On Hit Effects":
