Cant leave temple room Post 0.40D patch

I am in Synthflesh sanctum tier 2 and killed everything but the door is still glowing red and won't let me leave. Also it wont let me teleport out of the room, only portal out completely. The room does not count as completed.

This just happened to me in Synthflesh T1. Can't make progress to the next room.

Same here all uniques and rune caches locked, cant leave room. Can not interact with benches.
