Devour not working on corpses since last hotfix

Playing on Xbox. Can only devour enemies in cull range since last hotfix. Will not consume corpses.

Day 2 still can't devour corpses. Only enemies in cull range. Tried unequipping and reequipping skill. Doesn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling game. Still doesn't work. Ruins the whole flow of the build. And the build being as fun as it is, is the only reason I'm still playing this league. And have no desire to reroll another character. Especially with how bad the economy is inflated.
