Xbox Energy shield calculation bug

So i got a legacy watchers eye with 18% mana as extra es while affected by clarity wich does not give me as much es as it should. It either only gives me ~12.2% mana as extra es or it only calculates with 2579 out of my 3808 mana. Wichever it is, i currently have 1823 less energy shield then i should have.
