Never got points I purchased!

In the first league and now this newest league and update, I have tried to purchase the $20 packs and simply NEVER RECEIVED MY IN GAME CURRENCY! After COUNTLESS attempts at contacting Poe 2 through email I get the same insane email saying “we have sent this to another department or person to look further into your issue”. Thanks I guess…. Yes I tried the refresh of store, yes I have tried the restore license, yes I have tried checking Poe 1, my console is my primary… has ANYONE had this problem with a solution!?
