[Feedback] Guild Archivist NPC - Lore Friendly Way to Search Guilds In-Game

The way to join a guild in PoE2 is by invitation only, as there is no way to search for guilds. If you’re a solo-player looking for a guild, you need to use a third-party site or use in-game chat.

I'm suggesting to add a "Guild Archivist NPC," a scholarly old man found in Clearfell Encampment. He manages the "Guild Ledger," an interactive UI to search for guilds in-game without requiring external recruitment.
