Quest tracker on controller only shows one single quest at a time

just came back to the game today and im playing on controller and i noticed that the quest tracker has been downgraded for some reason and now can only show one single quest and requires you to manually cycle through them all one by one..

Is there a way to change this back to how it used to be where i could see the whole list without cycling through them individually ?
