Surpassing Projectiles and Salvo don't get doubled by Molten Blast's Dual Wielding

Molten Blast benefits significantly less from surpassing projectiles and it is insane how difficult it is to get extra proj in this game.

Molten Blast also needs to be able to benefit from warcries or some of these spear/bow skills and buffs.
