The debate about campaign area sizes and campaign skip/expedite options continues.
Right now, most areas in act 2+ are so big that you simply need to run past an increasing amount of monsters to keep any sense of continuous progression. It turns “oh nice, I worked my way to the next area” into “I’m just running to find the next exit…” I think it’s worth doing a league where many area sizes in the campaign are reduced dramatically (many of them by ~40% surface area) and see how the community feels about the campaign length and difficulty in that league.
