Game Freezing every 15 mins

Hey all and GGG.
I've been dealing with this issue since Oct. I've decided to say something now because I was hoping it may get fixed after the new league and the cpu improvements.

Its ruffly every 15 mins i will freeze for 17 secs before i get back to being able to move and see.

From what i can tell this is mostly an amd issue across the forums. Its a specific issue with the engine multi-threading option. While its on I freeze like this. If i have it checked off i do not freeze but solo my fps with tank down into the 40s/50s half the time and the other half I'm sitting between 70-90fps and when i play with friends and family I'm not higher then 15-25fps.

This is with DX12 on and Vulcan will just crash me out during the freeze intervals. I do have all the nvidia dlss, boost, dlaa on, windowed or full screen does the same, set to 3840x2160 with hdr on for 4k, with reflex + boost, triple buffering ultra settings etc. During the recording i did not have boost or triple buffering on but it happens no matter how high or how low I set the graphic adjustments or settings.

Also my shader cache is set to unlimited, Ive done all the gpu optimizations i could as well and deleted all shader cache folders, and rebuilt. Ive tried the steam preload commands, and ive tried this through strictly the ggg client.

Specs: 9800x3d, asus x870e hero mobo, 64gb 6600 corsair dominator titanium ram set to 6000, pny 2tb m.2 drive, msi suprim LC 4090.
This issue will happen with no cpu adjustments in mobo and with adjustments. I've tried 5 different optimization guides, reformatted, and reinstalled windows 11 4 separate times. Had it strictly just needed nvidia drivers, amd cpu drivers, updated windows, and issue will always happen. So it has nothing to do with any software, bloatware, or anything as far as i can tell.

I cant play with my friends and family because of this, we want to do fully juiced maps, end game bosses, but ill freeze randomly and die during multi-player maps. It fully prevents me from being able to have fun with them causing extreme frustration on both sides.

I'm not able to join then at all and I'm basically exiled from playing with them until the issue is resolved. This includes the other amd users of the friend group too. We are all exiled from each other too hahaha.

I do know intel cpu generally don't have this issue as it never appeared on my 12th gen but I had swapped over to amd back in sept and had ran fine until end of oct then it started happening. I also may be wrong on the intel part, just that half of us run amd and the other half have intels and us amders are having issues and intels are not.

I just want to stop freezing and i hope GGG will have a fix for this soon. I'm just trying to bring light to the issue and see if they'll acknowledge the issue and are working on a fix for it and give an update.

I've tested my system on other games and i have 0 issues, so I know its strictly a poe 2 client issue for me anyway.

If anyone knows of a fix that I haven't tried already, I'll def try it but until then, I'm forced to wait for ggg to fix it or get frustrated enough to swap back to intel.

Still happening GGG after latest patch.

Their crap engine is a failure. It's always been a failure. It's always run horribly, it's crashed to desktop with or without errors.

They've had well over a decade to throw their failed engine out and buy an engine made by competent people that actually works and can run its own content.

The playerbase has had to suffer for over a decade due to their ego, stubborness and incompetence.

Yea I get it. Its frustrating to deal with and all i can do attempt to make what little noise they'll probably ignore and hope that a bunch of others will actually respond to this post and hopefully get some notices. Its a shame i run every other game perfectly but this. Like there is no player power here if any.
i really wish they even acknowledge it but they wont. I enjoy the hell out of this game but if i cant run it properly on my rig and the fix is for me to swap back to intel and spend 1500-2 grand to do for something subpar, then it needs to be addressed.
Its a shame they wont get a better engine or fix the one they run for amd users. i bet half their base min is amd and people are just "dealing with it". Sorry but i dont want to "deal with it" i would like it fixed.

ya its a very annoying. ruins so much fun for me in game.
