Getting ZERO Medallions on new char

I'm not exaggerating but I have run my temple about 20-30 times and have gotten ZERO medallions of any kind dropped in there. I have killed the architect about 15 times and he ONLY drops the medallion that increases your crystal capacity by 6. Even after being maxed out at 60 crystals he is only dropping this medallion.

This is some sort of a bug as my other char gets all sort of medallions dropped on the regular.
