WTF

Why can you enter a screen and 3 Rare Mobs and 1 to 2 blue packs can be in a room together when you turn a new corner. This junction happened on a Vaal Temple event in the Drowned City during my playthrough. They hit me with everything at once. No chance to retreat. Just an instant beat-down.
