Chat and game ban, partially reversed

Caught a full chat and game ban/lock in a matter of seconds after saying something I don't think was terribly offensive, got the game ban reversed, but the week-long chat ban is still in effect, if these details matter (I'm new to the forums, and despite having played since POE1's beta, I've never been in "trouble") it was POE2, Texas server, and I'll post the statement that got me in trouble on GM request, but this seems insanely severe over something that seriously wasn't that big a deal.
