A bug regarding the "Thin Staff" skill of the Monk in Path of Exile 2

Although it is not very friendly to melee combat, the weapon switching bug that occurred today has deeply upset me. After you nerfed the Storm Bell skill, the main source of damage for the Monk's Staff became the Charged Staff. However, the weapon switching system you introduced in Season 0.2 experienced a bug in Season 0.4 that swallowed skill buffs, as demonstrated in the video. I first collected the Crit Ball and successfully activated the Charged Staff, but after I cast Pounce and switched back to the Staff skill, my Charged Staff only appeared in the status bar, but the actual effect did not take place, and there was no animation effect at all. It is not clear what video you refer to.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
