Servers are lagging and out of sync in EU

Totally unplayble and I'm surprised if a single EU player will be around with these severs and all the heavy penalties the game is forcing upon us. The ONLY monster out there now are the crappy servers that are obviously just F2P quality. Fix the basics GGG!!!
