After spending far to much trying to make a shit build work in the campaign, i finally realized why this game is just terrible now. Let alone Spark at level 12 with +5 to spells cant even tickle a boss.
They cant even design the hit boxes right. Boss highlighted red, but due to whatever genius choice doesnt actually mean youre targeting the boss. Fucking brilliant for a souls like game. Ya that red stop sign highlighted doesnt actually mean your targeting it. Then why the fuck is it there. I would be embarassed to put my name or even be claiming to work on this at this point. The fact we are questioning if you even test anything speaks volume. Im out really did waste money on those supporter packs hoping for something special. The bigest problems with the game are skill balance and visual clarity.
Why do some skills have 450%+ damage multiplier while others have just 70-120%? Only a few skills are viable to play with and i actually want to play with the unviable ones just because they have better visual clarity. I just started a new playthrough with Entangle and i was enjoying it until i unlocked Thunderstorm and realised i can no longer see anything the bosses are doing because the Entangle + Thunderstorm combo literally covers the whole ground even the air with the overgrown vines and raining and thunder effects to the point i can't see or hear anything other then the boss 1 hit alert.
