Can Lightning bolt from choir of the storm amulet triggers its own lightning bolt once it crits?

Obviously not, otherwise it would do infinite damage if you have 100% crit.

But it triggers mana flare and mana flare triggers lightning bolt so it is infinite loop with temporolis
