not picking up atziris medallion before leaving makes it no longer accessible

The delay after the boss dies to drop the medallion causes an issue if you leave the room to open the caches because its no longer accessible once you leave the final boss fight room

yea just happened to me too. I walked out after forgetting to grab her medallion and the door collapsed in my face haha. That's what I get for being too eager to see the loot I guess.
