able to keep surgeon limbs from temple after death

Had modifiers on all 4 limbs from tier 3 prosthetic rooms from my temple runs, died in a seepage t15 map, quit the game with "exit path of exile" in pause menu while still on the "You Died" screen (had the message stating limbs will regrow to after respawn). Started the game back up a couple hours later and my character still had all 4 modifiers on their limbs. This was on Steam/PC
