Temple of Kopec Vaal League Bug

Greetings.

As the title might suggest, I have found Temple of Kopec to be bugged in regards to the league mechanic.

To explain in detail:

I was farming the league mechanic in Temple of Kopec since I like the area. However, after the first 2-3 times it started to bug out and although I had killed all the monsters affected, the league mechanic did not get completed and it functioned as though something was still alive.

This happened 4 times in a row so out of curiosity on the 4th time, I killed everything in the temple. First I cleared out the 1st floor and checked back on the league, no change and still incomplete. Then I cleared the 2nd floor and checked again but it was unchanged. Then I killed the boss, no change. Then I even summoned Alva and completed the scene where the elevator goes up, then went back to check on the mechanic again, still incomplete.

I even got a level, still within range of the league, but it still remained incomplete and unchanged in any and all ways. For reference, I was level 50 and leveled up to 51, the area itself is level 42.

I am not sure if this is intended or reported and highly likely on the low priority as a bug but I thought it would be good to report it in detail nonetheless.
