Cast on Ailment not appearing/triggering despite sufficient Spirit

Bug Report: Cast on Ailment not appearing/triggering despite sufficient Spirit - Account: Dhyorghellis#2283
Hi GGG Staff,

I am writing to report a technical issue with the Cast on Ailment Support on one of my characters.

The skill icon for Cast on Ailment does not appear in the UI (bottom bar), and the reservation is not working, even though I have significantly more Spirit than required.

Troubleshooting steps I have already taken:

• Swapped the gem for lower-level versions of Cast on Ailment.

• Changed the linked offensive spells to different ones.

• Deactivated ALL other Spirit-using skills to ensure there was no resource conflict.

• Attempted to change Skill Presets to see if it would refresh the UI.

None of these steps resolved the issue. Interestingly, I have another character on the same account (Azrhaell) who can use Cast on Crit and Cast on Ailment without any problems. This suggests the issue might be specific to this character's state or a specific interaction on this build.
