POE2 Atziri's Acuity Moulded Mitts

Character from 0.3 Rise Of The Abyssal moved to standard league and i cannot use the gloves any longer even with the stats required.

However the Acuity gloves from 0.2 Dawn of the hunt has no issue.

Is there something i am missing here?
