Rudja's death screams are inordinately loud

Whatever it's categorized as, SFX or Dialogue, it is extremely loud compared to other sounds in its category.

I actually get self-conscious about the neighbors with how crazy loud it is!

No other sound in the game is anywhere near this far outside the volume range of its category.
