Please fix your servers, its not our ISP's or PC's

VPN's aren't guranteed way to fix this, nor is exitlag, you will have no problem what so ever during non-peak hours, then suddenly boom latency spike every 30 seconds, this is a server side issue on the games side, not your client, not your ISP, VPN's aren't the solution just a temporary fix that doesn't always fix a thing

This has persisted even in Poe1, For what a year? maybe 2? This is just absolutely ridiculous, Reverifying deleting shader caches does nothing, those are not the issue, closing every app on my PC changing network settings all of that, does nothing, may seem like it does something at first, then BOOM latency spike

Look at the amount of players reporting this before season 4, and after season 4
