The Noxious Behemoth

So to my understanding, Most if not all non-unique enemies are intended to be companions or summons, From sources like tame beast or bind spectre.
I understand that GGG will on occasion disable certain rares like Frozen Mandibles.
However The Noxious Behemoth, From the Chimera Wetlands, Is unable to be tamed despite being a beast type mob AND unable to be raised as a spectre.
I have not seen anything in the last 1-2 seasons that show it being disabled for any particular reason, I would like to personally see it reenabled.
Or if it was disabled for balancing issues etc, At least know what caused it to be disabled.
The Plants and flowers in this game look amazing, Especially the ones in the Chimera Wetlands.
I would love to be able to use and interact with this particular rare again if possible.
