It's time for a management change

A league mechanic so poorly designed and tested that it broke the entire economy.

A completely unwarranted nerf to crafting after just introducing viable crafting a league ago.

Completely unbalanced simple mechanics like hazards, debuffs and ground effects (I have twice as much health as the average player as a blood mage and any fire debuff can kill me in 2 seconds if I don't use a health potion)

Giving certain specs ridiculously overpowered tools, and then over-nerfing them (bow specs with Rhoas, etc)

Putting drop rates behind silly things like... mob positioning? And then nerfing that when players discover it (an omen of light costs 12 divs, I can make a new weapon entirely with 12 divs, from scratch).
