Lost spirit and wrong requirements on spirit skills?

I have done act 1 & 2 boswes tht drop skull to increase spirit, used them but now im back to 30 spirits? Noticed it when i tried to equip herald of ash spirit skill. It says it requires 30 spirit, but suddenly needs 60 to activate??

Doesnt help if I re-equip skills and checked all my ewuipment and other skills. Now it shows my max in only 30 when it should be 60 spirits after using the skulls.

Did you spec into "Lord of the Wilds" in the Druid part of the tree?

This will half your spirit (from 60 total down to 30 total) and make non-minion skills have double spirit costs (from 30 to 60 for Herald of Ash).
