Arbiter of Ash lost all 3 Fragments to Abnormal Disconnection

I just purchased all 3 crisis fragments from the in game currency exchange then went to fight the Arbiter of Ash, on inserting the fragments the lift started to go down then the game paused and I got an abnormal disconnection and then cannot find any instances, this is annoying as has lost me over 1000ex from purchasing the fragments.

I returned to the monolith to see if I could just enter the fight again and its asking for the keys.
