Maps are hit and miss. what if we use that.

create an internal independent rarity value associated with each map based on its ease of use and congestion so that congested ugly slow maps have a higher rarity associated with them to counteract the horrible sluggishness of working your way though it and also create a different sense of joy from other fast maps when you run them. Now all maps are fun in their own way lets go.
