Hideout can't be cleared

In this particular map (limestone hideout), I cleared all the present enemies that I could find, and it wasn't enough to finish the map. Ran around for several minutes looking, went through portal came back, no luck. Looked at the modifiers for the map, and it has expedition modifiers active in this map even though there's no expedition visible (Extreme archaeology allocated). The map also has 37% increased pack size, 68% increased magic monsters, and 41% increased magic monsters, which those modifiers could matter in this particular regard.
