Game still crashing/freezing on Direct x 12

I have made posts in the bug report forum about this before with all of my system specs. I never got a reply or acknowledgement so I won't waste my time again.
Has anyone found a fix? Any players know of a work around? Vulcan FPS is very low so I'd like to stay on direct x 12 if possible. I don't appreciate how in PoE2, league 0.4, many players - including big streamers, abused the unintended holten mechanic and destroyed the game for so many others - all economy integrity was ruined and they live streamed it.
