Bug with Cast on X and weapon sets

I have this weird Bug where cast on ailment and cast on crit behave strangely. As you can see in the video from my Reddit post, cast on ailment only works when I am in weapon Slot 1 and cast on crit only works in weapon Slot 2. Strangely enough it worked just fine before. I have enough Spirit and Attributes. I had this bug before and Could solve it by simply using another uncut Spirit Gem and create the spell again. But they are expensive and I would like to hear another fix
