I have no idea what is exactly wrong here, but poison has issues

Pob numbers differ vastly from actual results. I believe the lines "effect of poison you inflict on targets that are not poisoned" just doesnt work. You can see my poison did about slightly less than half of pob damage, which has 117% increased effect of poison configed in as 117% more magnitude. Maybe thats not what the line is supposed to do, but then wtf *does* it do?

Next issue is shank. Pob has 100% crit, 100% poison chance and 200k poison dps. While in game sometimes it misses completely, or doesnt poison, or does way way way less damage (I imagine those are non-crits). The tooltip for the skill is also super bugged and shows random numbers that mean absolutely nothing.
