Progress reset after clearing Citadel

I just cleared my first Copper Citadel, got the loot, got the fragments, then tried to portal to hideout, 'Failed to find any instances', tried 4-5 times, same message. Then I got server disconnected, logged back in, and everythings gone. The map is failed, I lost the waystone, I lost ALL the loot from the map, my quest reset, I lost the fragments, I can no longer attempt the Citadel. I have multiple other citadels around, but this was the only Copper one I can see.

ive been getting these diconnects all day, keep logging for over an hour and trying again. ive lost like 7 maps so far, some i completed that were reset, one of them an abyss mob dropped 2 omens of light and game froze as they dropped and booted me. ive spent most of the day pathing to a citadel but im having to refrain from trying it due to these connection issues.

I finally found my first cluster, cleared the Iron one, then spotted the other 2, then found 2 more Stones and 1 more Iron in the area, but that was the only Copper one nearby. I fully cleared the map, got 2 fragments dropped, picked everything up, made a portal, then it just wouldnt teleport me before disconnecting. Its like I was rolled back, but also just purely failed the map. Just feels like I've been screwed over but the system doesnt even know how to handle it, so just said 'yeah fuck you'. Logged out and will wait till its addressed, i guess.
