Half of my Temple is an Island

For last 9 temple runs I have not been able to connect to the top half of my temple so I can only clear like 9 rooms. I have 3 rooms right next to each other but none are creating an entry path to each other since it deleted the room that was connecting them.

Atziri room has a room right under it as well but no entry path to her room so the quick access chamber won't even work.
