Constant Instance Crashes ( Game Server Lost Contact to Realm)

Since yesterday I've got 5 instance crashes (all during morning EU time). I've had my temple shutdown 2 times with no consequences but today I lost most of my progress and since I didnt even run the temple, next time I do it it'll most likely brick.

I don't remember ever getting an instance crash since 0.3, this is happening since Hotfix 22

I'm not the only one reporting this (here, in game and reddit) so can we please get this adressed?
