When killing architect can place unconnected normal rooms with medallions

There are two issues here related to killing the architect.

If you kill the architect and do not place all your "special rooms" you can before closing the temple use medallions.

However, the medallions only allow you to interact with the spaces you'd be able to place the special rooms.

This allows you to place unconnected normal rooms and also prevents you from being able to use medallions to upgrade or lock your current rooms.
