Aurelian Basic Attack One Shot

I've fought Aurelian (Digsite Boss) a few times in Tier 15 and 16 maps (+1 Level from Precursor tablets). I often find that his basic attack is enough to one shot me. Yes, I am running high tier maps with 6 mods, but it seems way overpowered, especially considering how many other attacks he has to one shot you. This boss needs to be tuned down a bit.
