Hard stuck bug on act 4 boss completion - ID 3,795,622,243.

On completing the final boss of Act 4 he died in the corner of the arena. Hooded one spawned to get the weapon behind him. This body blocked the hooded one being able to reach Makori. Repeated relogs did not work. I reset the instance to last checkpoint but now it has despawned both but still shows their markers on the map and the quest now says "find tavaki" rather than "witness the hooded one heal Makori"

Also tried the /recheck_achievements command to no avail.

EDIT Should also note rerunning the area does not work, he simply doesn't spawn now to fight.

Just an update, I created a new instance and was able to complete the quest. Still worth noting the bug as it was quite irritating having to beat him twice.
