Transcension Device glitch

When under the effects of shadow walker from Headhunter, if you're interacting with the bench and some mob decides to run into the room (happens all the time) the shadow walker mod will proc and jump to the mob, keeping the character on the same position you were on the bed and unable to move or attack (mobs can still attack the player)

Then there's other issue where you get a crazy slow, like temporal chains but worse when leaving the bench for about 10 seconds, and i'm playing Pathfinder so i guess it's worse for other ascendancies.
